Point of Contact: Kelly Collins and Abby Gaines: AGaines@annie-mac.com & Kelly Collins: kellycollins@aidanother.com

Date: Saturday, October 19th, 1-5pm

Task(s): Per our conversation it would be great to have about 20 volunteers between 1p - 5p on October 19th for the Tween/Teen Social Club Fall Festival Dance. The dance is from 2- 4p. It will be at Chalice Christian Church in VB. The theme is fall festival. We are providing a table n treat (spin off from trunk n treat). If your volunteers could decorate 10 tables and hand out candy/treats that would be amazing. Our committee will be providing the treats, but if you have some that you would like to bring we welcome that as well. The Tween/Teen Social Club serves the 9 - 16

If some of your volunteers have kids that age, they are more than welcome to come and join the fun and dance.

Cost: Cost of any fall decorations/candy we bring for the tables Number of People: 20 - 2 per table Ages: 9 and older
