To start off, I know the majority of y’all have seen my baptism video, and honestly, that video didn’t even cover nearly as much as Jesus covers me on a daily basis. ;) Without sounding too cheesy, I just want to say that I LOVE love, and Jesus really makes loving easy.
Even though I didn’t realize it back then, I now know that Jesus has been with me this entire time from my hellion days to the woman I am today. The Lord really set me straight, because only He knows who I truly was and where I could have ended up. Being born and raised in Compton, CA and then San Bernardino, CA, you can only imagine the experiences that shaped me.
Because of that, I’m so grateful that I no longer live with the daily guilt and shame that I used to carry. Jesus gave me the peace and freedom I didn’t even know I needed.
And listen… Our Lord blessed me with my amazing and awesome husband and two beautiful miracle daughters, and that alone speaks volumes to me. Thank you Lord because I never thought for a second that I would be married or that I would be able to have children. I was told my whole life that I couldn’t have kids, and our Lord really proved that. He has the final say am i right? <3
On a more personal note, I LOVE sunsets and sunrises. Dancing and music are everything to me. You can catch me grooving pretty much anywhere and anytime! Hamburgers and smoked BBQ meats are some of my favorites, but anything Mexican? TOP TIER! I absolutely love my culture and everything that makes me, me.
